In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "l44r", "we", "us", "our" refers to the l44r platform, its operators, licensees, and affiliated entities that own and operate the website accessible at https://l44r.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by the l44r platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the l44r platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products and features offered by l44r, including but not limited to sportsbook betting, live casino, slots, table games, PP Live, and any promotional offerings.
• "BDT Wallet" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka-denominated balance held within a player's l44r Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any amount of funds staked by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered through the l44r platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a specific l44r promotion.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures that l44r applies to player accounts in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
• "Working Day" refers to any day that is not a Friday, Saturday, or a gazetted public holiday in Bangladesh.

By accessing the l44r platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a Bet, or using any Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first interaction with any l44r Service.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the l44r website from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

To use the l44r platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. l44r strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register Accounts or place Bets on the l44r platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your location before using l44r.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of l44r or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off restriction on the l44r platform or on any related platform operated by l44r's affiliates.

Each player may hold one Account only on the l44r platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any details change. l44r accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by a Player.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. l44r will never ask you to disclose your password to any member of our team.
• You must notify l44r immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not it was authorised by you personally — remains your responsibility until you have notified l44r of any suspected unauthorised access and l44r has formally suspended the Account.
• l44r reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any real-money balance owed to a verified player is returned via the player's registered payment method.

l44r accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to the BDT Wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment initiation. Rocket, Upay, and card deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously verified by l44r.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 2 hours. Withdrawals to other methods may take up to 3 Working Days.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals above ৳10,000 in a single transaction or ৳50,000 in aggregate within a calendar month require full KYC verification before funds are released.
• l44r does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• l44r reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud, money laundering, or a technical error is suspected.

All sports bets placed on l44r are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the l44r Sportsbook Rules. The following general rules apply to all bets placed through the l44r platform:

• A Bet becomes binding and irrevocable at the moment it is confirmed by the l44r system and a Bet ID is issued to the Player.
• l44r reserves the right to suspend markets, void individual bets, or restrict bet amounts at any time and without prior notice, including where an error in odds pricing has occurred.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that event. As a general rule, postponed events where the match does not commence within 12 hours of the original scheduled kick-off or ball time will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. Current limits are displayed within the Sportsbook interface. l44r is not obliged to pay any winnings that exceed the published maximum payout for the relevant market.
• Winnings from voided bets or incorrectly priced odds identified as a manifest error may be withheld or reversed even after initial settlement. l44r will notify affected Players via their registered Account email.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended without notice during critical moments of a match. l44r accepts no liability for any delay in bet acceptance during live markets.

Casino games available on l44r — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates, which are accessible within the game interface.

• l44r acts as a distributor of third-party game content and is not responsible for the outcome of individual game rounds, which are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant game provider.
• Malfunction of any casino game voids all related plays and wagers. In the event of a game crash or technical interruption, l44r will settle affected rounds in accordance with the game provider's official malfunction policy.
• l44r reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to licensing, technical, or regulatory requirements.
• Players may set voluntary session limits, loss limits, or cooling-off periods for casino play via their Account settings at any time.

l44r offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and deposit matches to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all l44r bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed the full Account registration process and, where required, KYC verification.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• l44r reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or withhold bonus-derived winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player is abusing the promotion terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of bonus structures.
• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money balances and will be used last, after all real-money funds in the BDT Wallet have been wagered, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Unclaimed bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from an Account without further notification.
• l44r may amend, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

l44r is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of free tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from the Account settings panel after l44r Login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review and cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a limit is reached, betting and casino play will be temporarily suspended for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of the duration of your active gaming session at chosen intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and casino play for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days while retaining access to withdrawal functions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l44r platform. A breach of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-Account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the l44r platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors in odds pricing, game malfunctions, or bonus structures — including "bonus hunting" or coordinated abuse of promotional terms across multiple accounts.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are placed via l44r.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to l44r's systems, databases, or the Accounts of other Players.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access credentials to any third party.
• Using offensive, abusive, or harassing language in any communication with l44r support staff or in any community feature of the platform.

All content on the l44r platform — including but not limited to the l44r brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of l44r or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the l44r platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the l44r platform or its content without the prior written consent of l44r.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l44r, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a Player's own betting decisions or casino gameplay.
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or data transmission failures outside l44r's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Decisions by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, RNG results, or malfunction settlements.
• Changes to applicable law that affect a Player's ability to use l44r in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes l44r's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

l44r collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of l44r Services. l44r does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

l44r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the l44r platform for a period of no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the l44r platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to initiate an Account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to l44r's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Players accessing l44r from Bangladesh acknowledge that it is their personal responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all local laws applicable in Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through l44r's support channel shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules. l44r and the Player agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure.
